Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic Acid) is a strong mineral acid. It is used for metal surface cleaning (pickling), pH regulation in water treatment, food processing (E507), and as a raw material for PVC production. Also used in the production of chlorides and for regenerating ion exchange resins.
